On May 06, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine started admission of persons to participation in the selection for the position of a local court judge (in the passing the qualification exam).
Today, the Panel considered the admission of 1,014 persons, including 886 candidates for the position of judge and 128 judges.
Based on the results of the meeting, the Commission decided to admit 918 persons to participation in the selection (in the passing the qualification exam), including 796 candidates for the position of a judge and 122 judges:
- 334 persons were admitted to passing the exam in administrative court specialization:
- 300 candidates for the position of a judge;
- 34 judges.
- 274 persons were admitted to the passing the exam in commercial court specialization:
- 238 candidates for the position of a judge;
- 36 judges.
- 870 persons were admitted to the passing the exam in general court specialization:
- 758 candidates for the position of a judge;
- 112 judges.
It should be noted that persons had the opportunity to choose one or more specializations for passing the qualification exam.
Admission to the selection (passing the qualification exam) was denied to 92 persons, including: 90 judicial candidates and 2 judges.
Applications of 4 judges for admission to the passing the qualification exam were left without consideration.
