On September 29, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine launched the procedure for providing recommendations to candidates for positions in the general courts of appeal as part of the competition announced on September 14, 2023.
The first 14 winners of the competition received recommendations for appointment to the Zhytomyr Court of Appeal:
- Artur Bielousov;
- Oksana Bondar;
- Nataliia Volkova;
- Serhii Kostiukovych;
- Anton Kotliar;
- Oleksii Kudenchuk;
- Dmytro Kuznetsov;
- Pavlo Mykolaichuk;
- Viktoriia Pankieieva;
- Taisiia Riabenka;
- Olena Skitnevska;
- Olha Turak;
- Oksana Chebotarenko;
- Kostiantyn Shalota.
The Commission filled all 14 vacant positions at the Zhytomyr Court of Appeal that were announced in the competition. Currently, interviews with candidates are ongoing for the competitions to the Zakarpattia, Zaporizhzhia, and Chernihiv Courts of Appeal.
