Based on the results of these sessions, the Commission decided to admit another 60 persons to undergo qualification assessment and participate in the competition.
Twenty persons were denied admission to the competition (qualification assessment).
Thus, taking into account the decisions of September 16, the Commission considered the admission of 204 out of 205 candidates.
As a result, 158 persons were admitted to the qualification assessment and participation in the competition.
At the same time, a total of 46 persons were denied admission to the competition (qualification assessment).
In addition, the issue of admission to the competition is still pending for one candidate.
The most common grounds for refusal to admit to the qualification assessment were lack of sufficient work experience as a lawyer, judge or academic; failure to submit a special statement confirming the absence of circumstances provided for in part four of Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine “On the High Anti-Corruption Court”; failure to submit the necessary copies of educational diplomas with attachments; incorrect completion of documents.
