On November 10, 2025, at the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of the suitability of a local court judge for his position was considered.
Based on the results of the session, the Commission decided to recognize Roman Mudretskyi, a judge of the Dnipro Court of Appeal, as suitable for his position.
