
On November 17, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in the plenary session, considered the issue of confirming the ability of five candidates for the position of judge to administer justice in the general court of appeal.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment, Volodymyr Lebezhenko and Roman Mukha were recognized as having confirmed their ability to administer justice in the Chernihiv Court of Appeal.
In the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal, Tetiana Kononenko confirmed her ability to administer justice.
Mykhailo Pulуk and Ivan Kotubeі confirmed their ability to administer justice in the Transcarpathian Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 30 candidates for the position of judge in the Chernihiv Court of Appeal: 18 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal, 4 candidates failed to confirm, and 8 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission.
For the position of judge in the Transcarpathian Court of Appeal, interviews were conducted with 30 candidates: 23 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 5 candidates failed to confirm, and 2 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission.
For the position of judge in the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal, interviews were conducted with 32 candidates: 17 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in a general court of appeal, 9 candidates failed to confirm this, and interviews with 6 candidates will be held in the plenary session of the Commission.
