19 Candidates Have Been Recommended for Appointment to the Positions of Judges at the High Anti-Corruption Court

At the session held on June 22, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine recommended candidates for appointment to the positions of judges at the High Anti-Corruption Court.

Following the competition announced by the Commission on June 03, 2025, recommendations were made for:

7 candidates for appointment to the positions of judges at the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court:

  • Nataliia Doroshenko;
  • Nataliia Movchan;
  • Mykola Rubashchenko;
  • Kateryna Sikora;
  • Inna Smal;
  • Olena Tanasevych;
  • Ihor Chaikin.

12 candidates for appointment to the positions of other judges at the High Anti-Corruption Court:

  • Viktor Antypenko;
  • Oksana Hutsal;
  • Yevhen Didenko;
  • Oleksandr Dudchenko;
  • Denys Kovalenko;
  • Vitalii Koriahin;
  • Vladyslav Kukhta;
  • Mykola Pika;
  • Lesia Skreklia;
  • Iryna Teslenko;
  • Oleh Khamkhodera;
  • Marta-Mariia Yatsynina.

In addition, the Commission terminated the qualification assessment of 4 judges for suitability for the position held, as they had confirmed their ability to administer justice at the High Anti-Corruption Court within the framework of the competition. Please be reminded that the HQCJU has published a consolidated table on its official website containing information on candidates’ progress through the stages of the competition for the positions at the High Anti-Corruption Court and their current status. Please be informed that the competition has not yet been completed. Under the Terms and Conditions of the Competition to Fill Vacant Positions of Judges at the High Anti-Corruption Court, approved by the Commission’s Decision No. 112/zp-25 of June 03, 2025 (as amended), a third stage of the competition to fill vacant positions of judges at the High Anti-Corruption Court may be conducted if additional judicial vacancies arise before the competition is concluded.

Such vacancies may arise following the appointment of other judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court to the positions of judges at the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court.
