On June 30, 2026, a panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine conducted an interview as part of the qualification assessment of a local court judge for suitability for the position held.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment for suitability for the position held, Ihor Smolii, a judge of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv scored 637,625 points. The Commission found the judge to be unsuitable for the position held. A proposal is to be submitted to the High Council of Justice to dismiss the judge from the position held.
The interview and the determination of the results of the qualification assessment of Oleksandr Kustov, a judge of the Skadovsk District Court of Kherson Oblast, regarding his suitability for the position held have been postponed.
