On 28 October 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, sitting as a panel, conducted interviews with candidates for judicial positions at the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court who, following a joint vote by members of the Commission and the Expert Council, were found to meet the integrity and professional competence criteria.
