Please be informed that on September 25, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine (9, General Shapoval St., Kyiv) will hold a special joint session with the Expert Council, at which the following issues will be considered:
1. On whether Mykhailo Honcharov, a candidate for the position of a judge of the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court, meets the criteria of integrity and/or professional competence.
2. On whether Iryna Kepych, a candidate for the position of a judge of the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court, meets the criteria of integrity and/or professional competence.
3. On whether Andrii Kyrylenko, a candidate for the position of a judge of the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court, meets the criteria of integrity and/or professional competence.
4. On whether Yuliia Mkhytarian, a candidate for the position of a judge of the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court, meets the criteria of integrity and/or professional competence.
