Please be informed, that on August 15, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine adopted a decision to approve the coded and decoded results of the general knowledge test in the field of law and knowledge of the specialisation of the local commercial court, compiled on August 11, August 12 and 13, 2025, as part of the qualification exam for candidates for the position of local court judge and judges who have expressed their intention to be transferred to another local court.

Candidates for the position of judge of a local commercial court and judges who have expressed their intention to be transferred to another local commercial court who have successfully passed the test of general knowledge in the field of law and knowledge of the specialisation of the local commercial court and scored a passing score of 751 have been admitted to the third stage of the qualification exam – testing of cognitive abilities (list at the link in Ukrainian).
The commission has determined that candidates for the position of judge of a local commercial court and judges who have expressed their intention to be transferred to another local commercial court, who have successfully passed the second stage of the qualification exam (scoring 75% or more of the maximum possible score), but did not score the passing score, may use the results of this stage of the qualification exam when participating in the next selection for the position of judge, announced within two years from the date of approval of the test results, in accordance with the procedure established by a separate decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.
The appointment of cognitive ability testing and the determination of its schedule will be established by a separate decision of the Commission.
