
Please be informed, that from September 09 to 17, 2025, 4,842 participants are undergoing cognitive ability testing as the third stage of the qualification exam for selection for the position of local court judge.
The coded test results for September 10, 2025, have been established for 549 persons:
1) did not reach the minimum passing score – 152 persons;
2) reached the minimum passing score – 397 persons:
from 33 to 40 points – 228 persons;
from 40 to 50 points – 157 persons;
more than 50 points – 12 persons.

Participants who scored no less than 55 per cent of the maximum possible score are admitted to the fourth stage of the exam (performance of a practical assignment in the specialisation of the relevant local court), in the following numbers:
- 2,800 candidates for the position of judge of a local general court and judges who have expressed their intention to be transferred to a local general court;
- 400 candidates for the position of judge of a local administrative court and judges who have expressed their intention to be transferred to a local administrative court;
- 400 candidates for the position of judge of a local commercial court and judges who have expressed their intention to be transferred to a local commercial court.
As of September 10, 2025, the results of the cognitive abilities test have been established for 1,091 persons:
- did not reach the minimum passing score – 297 persons;
- achieved the minimum passing score – 794 persons, including:
- from 33 to 40 points – 474 persons;
- from 40 to 50 points – 297 persons;
- more than 50 points – 23 persons.
