On March 30, 2026, the Commission approved the coded results of the practical assignment in the specialisation of the local general court (the fourth stage of the qualification exam), completed on October 16, 2025 by participants of the second group of candidates for the position of a judge of a local court and by judges who have expressed their intention to be transferred to another local court.

For the purpose of calculating the score awarded to a participant for the practical assignment in the relevant court specialisation, a coefficient of 2 shall be applied.
The passing score for the fourth stage of the qualification exam is 75 per cent of the maximum possible score, i.e. 112,5 points.
Please be reminded that, in order to inform participants of the qualification exam about the results of the practical assignments, the Commission has decided to publish them without delay on its official website following the completion of verification and the approval of the coded results.
Pursuant to paragraph 6.2 of Section 6 of the Regulation on the Procedure of Qualification Examination and Methodology for Evaluation of Candidates, the approval of the decoded results of the practical assignment shall be carried out after the marking and assessment of all papers within the relevant specialisation of the local court.
According to the performance features for completing the practical assignment within the qualification exam for candidates for the position of a judge of a local court and judges who have expressed their intention to be transferred to another local court, approved by the Commission’s decision No. 173/zp-25 of September 19, 2025, a participant shall have the right to review their own answer booklet for the practical assignment and all marks (the examination record sheet for the assessment of the practical assignment) only after the Commission has took a decision approving the decoded results of the qualification exam (stage).
