On June 29, 2026, at the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of terminating the participation of one candidate in the competition for the position of a judge at the general court f appeal was considered.
Based on the results of the session, Dmytro Chulinin withdrew from the competition for the position of a judge at the Kharkiv Court of Appeal.
Please be reminded that 62 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 47 vacant positions of judges in the Kharkiv Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 45 candidates: 31 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 7 candidates failed to confirm it, and 7 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission. One candidate withdrew from the competition The qualification assessment has been suspended for 1 candidate.
