On April 06, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, sitting in plenary session, considered the issue of terminating the participation of two candidates in the competitions for vacant positions of judges.
Following the results of the session, participation in the competition for the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court was terminated for:
- Nataliia Horbenko;
- Oleksandr Markidonov.
Additionally, Oleksandr Markidonov’s participation was terminated in the competition for vacant positions of judges at the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal.
