On May 28, 2025, the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of recommending Vitalii Martyniuk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Novoaidarskyi Raion Court of Luhansk Oblast.
The suitability for the position held of a judge, who was appointed for a five-year term, prior to the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (on Justice)”, must be evaluated in accordance with the procedure established by law.
The judge passed the qualification evaluation and was found by the Commission to be suitable for the position held. Taking into account the results of the qualification evaluation, the Commission decided to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice regarding the appointment of Vitalii Martyniuk to the position of a judge of the Novoaidarskyi Raion Court of Luhansk Oblast.
