On March 30, 2026, at the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of recommending Yevhen Novytskyi for appointment as a judge of the Baranivka District Court of Zhytomyr Oblast was considered.
The suitability for the position held of a judge appointed for a five-year term prior to the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (Regarding Justice)” shall be assessed in accordance with the procedure established by law.
The judge has undergone qualification assessment and has been recognised by the Commission as being suitable for the position held. Taking into account the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission took a decision to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice for the appointment of Yevhen Novytskyi as a judge of the Baranivka District Court of Zhytomyr Oblast.
