On May 27, 2026, the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of submitting a recommendation on the secondment of judges to another court of the same level and specialisation for the administration of justice.
In view of the excessive judicial workload identified, the Commission resolved to submit to the High Council of Justice a recommendation for the secondment, for a period of one year, to the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv City of:
- Hanna Tsvielodub, a udge of the Romny City and District Court of Sumy Oblast;
- Iryna Shevchenko, a judge of the Nizhyn City and District Court of Chernihiv Oblast.
