On April 02, 2026, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the panel considered the issue of confirming the ability of a candidate for the position of judge to administer justice in the general court of appeal, in respect of whom the qualification assessment had been suspended pending the results of a check by the National Agency on Corruption Prevention.
According to the results of the qualification assessment, Serhii Stadnyk scored 685,9 points. To submit for consideration by the Commission in plenary session the issue of confirming the ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal.
