
On November 03, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in plenary session, considered the issue of confirming the ability of three candidates for the position of judge to administer justice in the general court of appeal.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment, Viktoriia Sova and Vita Levchuk were recognised as having confirmed their ability to administer justice in the Transcarpathian Court of Appeal.
In the Chernihiv Court of Appeal, Oleksandra Razghuliaieva confirmed her ability to administer justice.
In total, interviews were conducted with 22 candidates for the position of judge in the Chernihiv Court of Appeal: 9 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal, 4 candidates did not confirm it, and interviews with 9 candidates will be held by the plenary session of the Commission.
For the position of judge in the Transcarpathian Court of Appeal, interviews were conducted with 30 candidates: 17 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 5 candidates did not confirm it, and 8 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission.
