In order to properly prepare candidates for the qualification exam within the competition for the position of judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court, in particular its Appeals Chamber, on September 08, 2025, the Commission decided to publish a list of test questions on general knowledge in the field of law and knowledge of the specialisation of the relevant court with correct answers.

These questions are also published in the “Anonymous Testing” section of the “Competition for the High Anti-Corruption Court, announced on June 03, 2025” catalog in the “Competition for the position of judge” subsection of the “Activities” section.
Please be reminded, that on August 27, 2025, the Commission also published a list of basic test questions on the history of Ukrainian statehood with correct answers.
