On March 31, 2026, during the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, a panel conducted interviews and determined the results of the qualification assessment of three candidates for the positions of judges at the Lviv Court of Appeal.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission took the following decisions:

Please be reminded that 55 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 28 vacant positions of judges at the Lviv Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 22 candidates: 15 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal, 5 candidates failed to confirm it, and 2 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission. One candidate withdrew from the competition.
