Competition for the Mykolaiv Court of Appeal: One Candidate Confirmed Her Ability to Administer Justice, Three Candidates Failed to Confirm It

On February 05, 2026, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of four candidates for the positions of judges in the Mykolaiv Court of Appeal were determined.

Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission took the following decisions:

Please be reminded that 23 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 21 vacant positions of judge in the Mykolaiv Court of Appeal.

In total, interviews were conducted with 10 candidates: 5 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 3 candidates failed to confirm it, and interviews with 2 candidates will be held in the plenary session of the Commission.
