On April 21, 2026, during the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, a panel conducted an interview and determined the results of the qualification assessment of Dmytro Tishko, a candidate for the position of a judge at the Odesa Court of Appeal.
According to the results of the qualification assessment, Dmytro Tishko scored 710,71 points. The issue of confirming his ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal is to be submitted for consideration by the Commission in plenary session.
Please be reminded that 50 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 23 vacant positions of judges at the Odesa Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 49 candidates: 18 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 15 candidates failed to confirm it, and 16 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission. One candidate withdrew from the competition.
