On August 13, 2025, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in Penals, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of two candidates for the positions of judges in the Sumy Court of Appeal were determined.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission took the following decisions:

Please be reminded, that 27 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 21 vacant judicial positions in the Sumy Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 22 candidates: 13 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in a general court of appeal, 5 candidates did not confirm this, and interviews with 4 candidates will be held in the plenary session of the Commission.
