In accordance with Part 1 of Article 55 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”, based on a decision of the High Council of Justice adopted upon the submission of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, a judge may, with his/her consent, be seconded to another court of the same level and specialization to administer justice.
Please be informed, that the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has scheduled the consideration of the issue regarding the submission for the secondment (temporary transfer) of two judges to administer justice at Velykooleksandrivskyi Raion Court of Kherson Oblast. The matter will be considered on February 12, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the premises of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, located at 9, General Shapoval Str., Kyiv.
A judge intending to be seconded to another court of the same level and specialization must submit his/her consent to the Commission in the prescribed form (available for download via this link in Ukrainian) along with the following:
1. A certificate in the prescribed form (available for download via this link in Ukrainian);
2. Any other documents that the judge believes may be considered in the decision-making process (if available).
The deadline for submitting documents is 7 days from the date of publication of this announcement.
Form of submission: paper or electronic.
Documents may be submitted personally by the judge or sent by mail (including e-mail).

Hours for personal submission of documents:
• Monday through Thursday: 08:00–12:00 and 12:45–16:00.
• Friday: 08:00–12:00 and 12:45–15:00.
Scanned copies of paper documents sent by mail must be emailed to inbox@vkksu.gov.ua not later than the next day after their dispatch, along with a scanned image of the document confirming the dispatch.
Judges intending to submit documents via e-mail must send their consent and other materials as electronic documents signed with a qualified electronic signature to the Commission’s e-mail.
