On January 2026, at a plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of a local court judge’s compliance with the position held was considered.
As a result of the session, the Commission adopted a decision recognising Vasyl Havryliuk, Judge of the Cherkasy Circuit Administrative Court, as meeting the requirements of the position held.
