On March 30, 2026, at the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of the suitability of a local court judge for the position held was considered.
Following the session, the Commission took a decision declaring Serhii Stupak, judge of the Metalurhiinyi District Court of Kryvyi Rih City, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, as not being suitable for the position held, and to submit a motion to the High Council of Justice for his dismissal from the position.
