To ensure proper preparation for the qualification exam of candidates for the position of a local court judge and of judges, who intend to be transferred to another local court, the official website of the Commission has published lists of basic test questions on general knowledge in the field of law and on each court specialization (administrative, commercial, and general).
The test questions have been developed in accordance with the Examination Program and the Taxonomic Characteristics of the Anonymous Testing on General Knowledge in the Field of Law and in Each Court Specialization (Administrative, Commercial, General) for the Qualification Exam for Candidates for the Position of a Local Court Judge and for Judges, who Intend to be Transferred to Another Local Court (in Ukrainian).
According to the decision of the Commission dated January 29, 2025, No. 29/zp-25, testing of general knowledge in the field of law and the testing of knowledge in the specialization of the relevant court will be conducted as a single unified test.
During the test, the candidate will be presented with 50 questions on general knowledge in the field of law and 100 questions on the chosen specialization of the local court.
The total duration of the test is 150 minutes.
Scoring of answers to one test question: correct answer – 1 point; incorrect answer, failure to provide an answer, providing two or more answers to one question – 0 points.
The maximum possible score for the test on general legal knowledge and the specialization of the relevant court is 150.
