We would like to inform you that on November 6, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. in the premises of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine (Kyiv, 9 General Shapoval St.), the following issues will be considered:
1. On consideration of the message of I.M. Sydorchuk regarding information that may indicate the unreliability (including incompleteness) of the statements made by the judge of the Administrative Court of Cassation as part of the Supreme Court, Serhii Chyrkin, in the judge’s declaration of integrity for 2022.
2. On consideration of the message of I.M. Sydorchuk regarding information that may indicate the unreliability (including incompleteness) of the statements made by the judge of the Administrative Court of Cassation as part of the Supreme Court Vasyl Sharapa in the judge’s declaration of integrity for 2022.
