On August 05, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine took a decision approving the ranking of candidates for vacant positions of judges at the Dnipro Court of Appeal, based on the results of the qualification assessment conducted as part of the competition announced by the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine No. 94/zp-23 dated September 14, 2023 (as amended).
The issue of recommending candidates for appointment for the position of a judge will be considered by the plenary composition of the Commission on August 19, 2026.

In addition, the Commission terminated the qualification assessment of two judges for suitability for the position held, who, as part of the procedure under this competition, confirmed their ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal.
